Kimihiro Watanuki, a high school student who can see "ayakashi" spirits, meets Yuuko Ichihara, the owner of a shop. Yuuko says she can "grant any wish." However, she says there is a "corresponding price equivalent to the value of the wish." As an "equivalent price" for losing his ability to see the spirits (which he does not want to see), he is forced to work part-time at the shop.
The center of the front of the T-shirt is printed with a design of the "Mokona Modoki" created by Yuuko. On the back is a design comprising the main character Watanuki and the appearance of the bewitching Yuuko at the start of the story saying, "There are no coincidences in this world, only inevitability…" The design captures the image of Yuuko as if smoke and incense are floating around her as she seemingly invites you to another dimension.
