Pieck and Porco join hands to make a surprise attack on Eren. Eren chooses to become a Titan in order to fight back after being taken off guard by Porco. The scene is printed prominently on the front of the T-shirt. Eren is surrounded by steam as he transforms into a Titan, and his thunderous roar is highlighted in red, adding to the designs color palette.

The popular manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama was serialized in "Bessatsu Shonen Magazine" from 2009 to 2021, the cumulative circulation has exceeded 110 million copies worldwide, and it continues to create shock waves not only in Japan but also around the world. These UT are inspired by this manga which captures the readers attention with a world where humanity is forced to live in cities surrounded by enormous "walls" that protect them from gigantic man-eating humanoids referred to as Titans, and "Vertical maneuvering equipment" developed to combat the Titans.
